Vanilla Chia Pudding
If you're looking for a delicious healthy "superfood" breakfast, you will love this Vanilla Chia Pudding. It only requires 4 ingredients and is super easy and quick to make!
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- Seeds of 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
1- Place ingredients in container or bowl and mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2- Mix again and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
3- Mix one last time and keep covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
4- Spoon into individual bowls and serve with granola and fresh fruit.
Store in the fridge for 5-6 days.
