Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar feature a rich and creamy flavour with a sweet and buttery aroma. 

Grade A vanilla beans are the highest quality beans you can find. They are black, plump and pliable. They have an average length of 6-7" (approximately 16-18cm) and contain a moisture level of about 30%. These beans are well-suited for baking and cooking recipes and desserts.

If you are making your own extract, 5 beans will make 8oz, 7 beans will make 10oz and 10 beans will make 16oz. View the recipe for homemade extract here.

All sizes are packaged in a vacuum sealed bag.

Question! - Store Pricing the same?

I sent them an email a few days ago about expansion to my area but haven't heard back yet. In the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone knows whether the pricing is the same at their stores as online or is it more expensive at their retail locations around Toronto? Vanilla & Spice. If you see this posting perhaps you can respond as I am trying to send friends to one of your Toronto locations and want to pay them up front?

The beans are making vanilla way faster than the other beans I used before from else where (that turned out to be moldy and I had to toss all my vanilla). I am super happy with the quality of the bean that I got from you and I will be buying again as they smell amazing.

Beautiful flavour

I just used the vanilla extract for the first when making sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce. WOW, the flavour of the vanilla was present and delicious. It certainly is more intense, than other ones I have used, in a very good way. I’m looking forward to trying the vanilla powder and beans. Thank you for such a great product!
